Provincial Planning & Development Office

Annual Report 2014

M  E  S   S  A  G  E

2014 has beengov-lala an active year for us marked with contrasting results. We had the best and worst of times. Our best – Cotabato Province’s historic centennial celebration. Our worst – the successive terroristic acts perpetuated in various local government units in the province which caused the loss of property and lives including those of our children.

For an organization that is expected to rise above the challenge, we found our strength and ability to respond adequately inspired by our “Serbisyong Totoo” advocacy program. Through the help and support of the various government agencies, the private sector and the stakeholders, we steered our provincial government back on course.

Although there are still many areas of development that we want to pursue as a globally competitive province, we are proud to assure all Cotabateńos that we have a road map to these targets.

With my partners in the Sangguniang Panlalawigan, I present this Annual Report   which embodies what we have worked hard to accomplish and what we dream to achieve for our beloved province.
